Tour Cost Inclusion

• Accommodation in comfortable & convenient hotels
• Meals: Breakfast Lunch, Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
• Airport / hotel transfers + city tour + Drives as per the itinerary by Ac Indigo /Etios/ Dzire ( for 2 or 3 persons ),Ac Innova ( For 4 to 6 persons), Tempo traveler for more than 6 persons/ Similar with an ALL INDIA TOURIST PERMIT & All Car Toll, Parking, Driver allowances, interstate Taxes Included
• Travel by private vehicle as per the itinerary (Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hill Area ,Transportation on point-to-point basis & Vehicle not on disposal)
• Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary (entrance and guide charges not included)
• Bhutan Govt. SDF (sustainable development fee)
• All currently applicable taxes, however, any other tax as and when levied by the Government shall be extra.

• Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set menu Extra stay pre/post tour.
• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.
• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the above itinerary
• Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Your Tour Price Includes Column'

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Cancellation Charges

• Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
• Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
