Tour Plan
Day 1 : HANOI ARRIVAL– CITY TOUR
Welcome to Hanoi - Vietnam! Upon arrival, you will be collected by our local guide at Noi Bai Airport and transfer to the hotel, then check-in as per hotel's standard check-in time. Afternoon, start with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside only since it's closed on Mondays, Fridays and all afternoon), Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Next, head to Hanoi’s Train Street to experience the unique sight of a train passing through the narrow street. Enjoy a coffee at a local café here if you wish (at your own expense). Following that, a walking tour in the Old Quarter will allow you to explore the bustling streets, traditional shops, and colonial architecture. The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 2 : HANOI– NINH BINH – TRANG AN
Day 3 : HANOI – HALONG ON CRUISE
Day 4 : HALONG – HANOI – FLIGHT TO DANANG

- If a Trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstance. (like rain, earthquake, landslides, strike, etc.). Neither a refund nor an alternative will be provided.
- Standard Hotel check-in time 14:00 Hours and check-out time is 12:00 Hours.
- The vehicle will move accordingly to the itinerary and it is not at disposal.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, or any other service.
- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.
- The hotel star category is mentioned in our brochure as per our standards and inputs received from our land partners and the official or Google star rating may Differ.
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Rooms offered are the base category rooms in the hotel/resorts unless otherwise mentioned above in the hotel details.
- Room Allocation is usually done by the hotel or resort at the time of check-in.
- The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
- The company will not be responsible if the flights booked do not operate or if there is any schedule change. The Travel agency will try to offer the best possible available options and any supplement cost due to this has to be borne by the client.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Cancellation Charges
- Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
- Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
- Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
