Tour Cost Exclude

• Cost of Return Economy Class airfare from Mumbai to Mumba
• 5% GST over the Tour Cost mentioned
• 5% TCS over the Tour Cost mentioned. The TCS amount will change to 20%, if total international travel billing in a current financial year exceeds more than INR 7,00,000 per person.
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa Fees, Airport Taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Round-trip airfare, airport transfers, and visa fees for guests joining or leaving the group
• Additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, including route changes, airline modifications, date alterations, and accommodation adjustments
• Any increase in the rate of exchange (ROE) leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure, the same will be collected prior to tour departure
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation, early check inn or late check out charges
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any extra expenses incurred due to any unforeseen circumstances, force majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, change in route, additional stay etc.
• Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights/Rail/Bus/etc.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary.
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusion’s column
• Any VISA reapplication charges
• Meal services during air travel layover/transit halt

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Cancellation Charges

• Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
• Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
