Tour Cost Inclusion

• Return economy class group airfare as per the itinerary
• Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels on twin sharing basis
• All Meals – Breakfast & Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
• Sightseeing and accommodation as per the above-mentioned itinerary.
• All transfers and extensive excursions with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach.
• Cost of internal airfare as mentioned in the itinerary

• 05% GST
• 05% TCS
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
• Visa & Insurance charges
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Cost of items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc.
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

• Adult : Aadhar Card /Voters ID / Passport / Driving License.
• Child : Aadhar Card / School ID/ Passport
• Infant : Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate

Special Notes

• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
• Owing to EU hotel occupancy regulations, a maximum of 3 persons are allowed in a room.
• A surcharge may be applicable on certain departures.
• • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Cancellation Charges

• Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
• Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
