Tour Cost Inclusion

• 05 Night : Accommodation
• 05 Breakfast (B) & 05 Dinner (D) ( Set Menu) as Mentioned in the Itinerary
• All Transfer & Sightseeing by Vehicel ( As Per Group size ) as per itinerary & Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain
• All Toll, Parking Driver Allowances included in tour cost
• All currently applicable taxes
• 5% GST on Total Billing

Tour Cost Exclude

• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
• Anything not specifically mentioned in “Inclusions”
• Personal Guide/ Vip Darshan
• Any Personal Entry Fees (i.e Historical Monument Fees, Park, Boating, Water sport activities, Snow Activities etc.)
• Any Personal Exp Any Tips ( Hotel & Transport) ,Porterage (coolie charges),Camera Charges, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set menu
• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
• Anything not specifically mentioned in “Inclusions”

Documents Required for Travel

• Adult : Aadhar Card /Voters ID / Passport / Driving License.
• Child : Aadhar Card / School ID/ Passport
• Infant : Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate

Special Notes

• AC will not work on Hill Area (Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain)
• All transfers and sightseeing by AC private vehicle Driver working Duty will be– 06 AM to 8 PM
• Vehicles will not be at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
• Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
• Hotel check in is 14.00 Hrs and checkout would be 10.00Hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability or as per hotel policy
• Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License, Passport

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Cancellation Charges

• Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
• Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
